Pluspunten
I was able to meet wonderful coworkers in Lebanon, India, Australia and the Philippines. Worked with flexible clients. Working hours from 7am-4pm
Minpunten
1. No Public Holidays were given - if they were, the days were unpaid. (Both Lebanese and Australian) 2. Management is never satisfied with work. Negativity is a work ethic at Randem. 3. Promised a certain salary and was given much lower than agreed upon. 4. Took advantage of employees and were given unrealistic targets. 5. Racism and misogyny 6. Yelled at employees and treated them horribly after claiming to be a "flexible" workplace. 7. Revenue oriented and gave no interest in clients' inputs. 8. Cared more about making money rather than their employee's well-being. 9. Unconstructive feedback and mocked work in an unprofessional manner. 10. Unpaid sick days. 11. Promised compensations for working overtime but were given nothing in return. 12. After submitting my resignation, new "laws" appeared which weren't agreed upon in the contract. All the days off that I have previously taken - which were already unpaid initially - were going to be deducted again from my final month at Randem. During my time at Randem (less than a year) - we witnessed high employee turnover which clearly reflected the management's relationships with their workers. Luckily, the Marketing sector in Lebanon has now completely closed down.
