Salário acima da média do mercado e benefícios como vale alimentação, vale refeição, o melhor plano de saúde do mercado, auxilio combustível e o escritório bem localizado.

Minpunten

Apesar de ser uma empresa com a certificação Great Place to Work em outros países, trabalhar no escritório de São Paulo é absolutamente um terror. Se você estiver preparado para ouvir os gerentes e diretora gritando o tempo inteiro e ser humilhado todos os dias, boa sorte. Além do que a gestão deixa o tipo de negócio duvidoso.

Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

Minpunten

The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.

Work with good people. The higher up management aren't great, but supervisors mostly help you a lot. Stressful, but the sales rpm or rates are unrealistic. Sometimes u just don't get sales and u will get fired.

Minpunten

Great people. Pay rate is ok if u get enough sales.
