Since de beginning of the pandemic, they adopted a remote work business model for most of the roles, but also gave the possibility of going back to office when things got a bit better for those who preferred to do so, which is fair enough. Also, I feel this company is very open minded and inclusive. Nobody will judge or discriminate on where you come from and how you look like.
Minpunten
Sales incentives have gone down hill since 2008. It's also extremely difficult to get promoted as there are basically no promotion opportunities. There sure are some open positions every now and then, but they are usually entry level positions in different departments, which will not reflect a salary increase of any type, just a change of manager basically.
