work from home works with my school schedule easy to get into management

very repetitive work calls can be back to back which is mentally draining pay gets capped once you make a certain amount work days got longer, used to get off at 5 now I get off at 5:30 because they want you to work a full 8 hours and take a unpaid 30 minute lunch.

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Minpunten

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
