Management doesn't know about professionalism. Though it is a startup, there is lots of internal politics.

Internal politics is everything. Management gives preference to people who feed their egos. Unrealistic goals & deadlines are given, causing conflicts among co-workers. Management will always scold you publicly instead of analyzing the issue . You have to put your own money for company's work needs. Delays in reimbursements and salary(2-3 months ) Most ex-employees had a bitter experience with the management .
