Minpunten

If you don't "drink the kool-aid", you are more likely to be an outsider. Marketing is the primary department, and other departments tend to fall to the wayside.

- remote culture - growth mindset culture - Frequent employee check-ins - leadership seems committed to improving processes and any friction - higher pay than industry standard - great people - amazing PTO and lots of paid holidays

Minpunten

- currently going through massive growth, putting more strain on teams. Can get stressful.

Pay is decent for any role and swag is heavy which can be a plus if you like that sorta thing

Minpunten

Favoritism is big HR specifically is favored and very clearly under qualified Culture is gone but we sell it still as if it exists and are told to fill out surveys claiming it is still good but are not allowed to provide honest answers. There is no support for mid level management down. If you don’t drink the Kool Aid, you will be outcasted Discrimination is strong, they hype up women but there is a bully click starting from the top.
