I am about to walk out on this company and it will sting, normally I would never just leave but here is my story. Fresh out of interior design school I joined RH hoping to become a gallery designer.it was fun. Fresh and new. Over the past couple of years I had my ups and downs but really the past year I worked my butt off. I proved myself being the top seller and my clients loved me for my design expertise and great attitude. Yet that was never good enough and they always told me more improvement was needed. The title sales associate went to design consultant which is what I currently am. Although I have the same title as everyone else k am expected to do all the design recaps and everything the designers do. Basically they use me and here is my foolish self trying to get the treat they dangle in front of me. After months of this low oh its going to get better I am done. If you are a sane person do not work here!
