Pluspunten
Following a period of change the London Office is in a very good place. Having moved in January to a new office just off Regent Street, the atmosphere and culture has massively improved and is an enjoyable place to work. There is a dedicated Client Services Team and a Support Team which enables the consultants to focus on the client implementations. There is on-going development on the product with regular releases and updates and the management team are listening to staff ideas and are making the relevant changes. I am happy here and I have recommended someone into the business, and they too are happy.
Minpunten
For me I am used to more holiday entitlement but having come from a different sector. The office hours are 40 hours a week, which is also longer than my previous companies. That being said, whenever I have asked for some flexibility for appointments etc this has always been granted without question.
