This review reflects my personal experience during 4.5 years with RKB. During that time, frequent leadership changes led to a lack of consistency and direction. I took on increasing responsibilities and worked long hours, including personal time, yet the compensation did not feel competitive for the scope of the role. Benefits were limited, paid time off was minimal, and opportunities for advancement or additional time off were scarce. Despite the effort and time I invested, I did not feel recognized or supported. I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.

Pluspunten

I've worked for a year in this company and I've felt supported from day 1. I moved from Executive Assistant to my new position. They allow you to grow and learn. They also give you the chance to step up to a new role if you feel you are up to it. That meant a lot to me because I was given a trust to do a new job for them.
