No real cons that I can think of.

People have heart and dedication. Solid in-house knowledge of the PE space. The company is generally welcoming and warm.

The company can be a crucible for some and a desert for others. Reliance on PE sales means adherence to PE timelines and those timelines are often set externally or without internal consultation. Pushback is often not tolerated. Because of the short-term profit-first mindset, internal investment in capability building is downplayed and people are often asked to just work harder.
