Pluspunten

Great team, individuals, energy and flexibility. Allows work from home on your own time. Supportive teams and focused on driving goals + growth. High investment in marketing which is great. Wonderful tools to use, such as Hubspot, Asana, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.

Minpunten

Very individualised teams focused on their goals, meaning lesser connections + bonding between departments. A lot of decisions made out from overseas HQ, which delays or gets certain directions lost in the middle amongst teams.

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.

Minpunten

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
