Remote work has pros and cons, and we're sorry to hear that you've been feeling isolated. Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.

Minpunten

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
