Field guys have low pay, no bonuses, no holiday pay, have to work with upper mang on time cards if they don’t want you to charge OT on a job (meaning you don’t get the OT), expect you to be at the yard by 6am but your time doesn’t start until you get to job site (usually 7am) hardly ever get breaks or lunch, only 3 days of PTO for the year, but are expected to go above and beyond on jobs. Upper management is a joke. They don’t know how to bid jobs so you’re always rushing or working OT without getting paid. Oh but office workers get bonuses, vacation time, get invited to special events and oh the company hires a mobile detailer to come and wash all the office workers cars for free.
