Zero. Unless you consider the risk of being named in a lawsuit a good thing. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Minpunten

Laughably low pay. Broken equipment. Drunk employees. No safety of procedural policies. No parking. Lab is so messy samples are piled in the lot. Senior management that is unprofessional and disrespectful, discriminatory and sexist.

None - if I could give this company a negative stars I would.

Upper management doesn't care about who you are what you have to say or think. They will not give you the tools you need to be successful at your job. There is no training so if you are new to the industry I urge to try elsewhere. Whatever they teach you is wrong. VP of operations hires all of their family members to do absolutely nothing but collect a paycheck.
