Pluspunten

They do good to their employees and promote empowerment (which can be abused by some). They go for what is better when it comes to aviation technology. They have a visionary leader and a top notch team.

Minpunten

No company is perfect. What is more important is you are learning from whatever season in life you are in!

Pluspunten

The people you work with are great and motivated. There is opportunity for travel if you'd like. You can gain experience by working here.

Minpunten

The top management is unorganized and unprofessional. There is no room for professional growth with in the company. CEO is dishonest to employees and customers with terrible communication and business practices and opposition to new ideas from employees. They do not state they are a religious company, yet give priority to hiring Christian individuals and require prayers during team meetings. Company does not make effort to be diverse or inclusive to different people and ideas. CEO is disrespectful of one's time waiting until last minute to complete a project or give assignments and expecting one to stay late - will also call at late hours and weekends.

Employees are bright and talented, with exciting futures in store for them (just not at this company)

Minpunten

One acronym: CEO. He is dishonest with his customers, and dishonest with his employees. He preaches Christian values, but it is a facade. Program management is non-existent. He has his core favorites which he hired right out of college, and unfortunately they don't know any better. Although his personnel have fantastic ideas, he does not give them the opportunity to expand and innovate. He greatly underpays some of his engineers (again, they are out of college and don't know any better), but overpays others. How this company has lasted over 10 years is beyond me. I would recommend looking at the turnover rate, but his record keeping is non-existent as well, and you would find nothing. Highly recommend steering clear of this company.
