Pluspunten
RPM hired me after having been laid off at one of the bigger shops owned by a foreign holding company. Aside from needing the employment, I was attracted to the shop due to the people and the busy day to day with retail oriented assignments. I love the action. RPM is filled with wonderfully relaxed competent well seasoned professionals. From day one I was welcomed warmly and specifically trained to make immediate account contributions. Everyone here leans in and helps with the workload. There is a nice diversity in the people on all fronts and the mutual respect runs deep. These people share, care and are super fair. Given my positive experience to date it does not surprise me that so many of the team members have been here for ten plus years. The partners are very nice, help in anyway that they can and encourage everyone to do great work and also pursue a nice balance to their quality of life. The talent runs deep and I thank everyone daily for being so great and allowing me to be a part of this awesome group. Life is good.

My goals have to do with rotating across account groups learning as much as I can along the way with as much exposure to the various team members as possible. Many of us are also looking forward to having greater exposure to RPM's industry recognized charity work.
