My decision to work here was the worst. I wish I had not joined at all. I would have been happier then.

Minpunten

First, the management didn't bother to offer training. It was very stressful to figure out everything on my own. Secondly, the RM's were awful. It was difficult even to have a simple conversation with these rude and disrespectful people. I tried my best but couldn't work in such a toxic environment. Please avoid it if you have a choice.

Competitive compensation and benefits. On-site team with big hearts

Minpunten

Leadership lacked accountability and often shifted blame to employees instead of addressing the root cause of issues. Employees were not supported when dealing with difficult clients or residents. Concerns raised to leadership were often dismissed rather than addressed. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, creating unnecessary stress. The culture felt more focused on assigning blame than collaborating on solutions.
