      The company has global presence and all the teams worldwide are closely knit , it in a way makes a nice learning curve not only for the freshers at the company but also the existing employees

      Flexible working hours , so it becomes difficult sometimes to cope up

      Great Global IT Team Lead and a great work environment. People were awesome and friendly, they will go out of there way to make you feel welcome!

      Little light on the pay and some of the equipment is on the older side.

      The workload allows for very personalized learning curve. I can take my time with a few difficult tickets or plow through a dozen easy ones - and there is always plenty of both.

      Minpunten

      As a new employee with not experience in the trading industry, the first few weeks can be *very* confusing. Though I suspect the situation would be similar in most other companies in the same field.
