Large, stable company with diverse markets. Friendly people (mostly). Flexibility to move around to different roles internally. Good benefits with decent understanding of work life balance.
Minpunten
Large company - can be challenging to earn recognition and career growth. As a high performer their is little inventive (beyond your own work ethic) to continue being a high performer. Literally all options for advancement seem to be "a lateral move" as far as compensation is concerned, which can discourage a good work ethic.
