Raytheon SAS is a great place to work. Managers are very hands-off and there is no real pressure to work overtime. I speak from having worked on 11+ programs at the company. The people are well-rounded and social which makes for a pleasant work environment.
Minpunten
It is a slow and traditional defense company. Work is paper heavy. The way contracts, bidding, and proposals work, innovation is a recipe for disaster at this company. However, this is true for all defense companies (and I've worked at several).
