I’ve joined during the Covid pandemic and have to say the recruitment process, on-boarding and induction has been brilliant. So much effort has been put into making me feel welcome and part of the team, despite not being able to meet in person. I’ve had a fantastic buddy during my first weeks and a manager that gives me space to do my job but is always there for support and guidance when needed.
