Work life balance is great. Work is rarely overwhelming 9/80 work schedule. Upper management works hard to find you contract programs to be on. Accommodating. Since the pandemic, I’ve been able to WFH full-time. Most of the people I've worked with across various are nice and enjoyable to work with.

Pay is not competitive. Uses legacy or outdated software development tools. *But, they are getting better. Require you to be vaccinated to be employed. *But, they do make medical/religious accomodations.
