Good benefits comparable to other companies I know if. Depending on the project you're on, work-life balance is good. Currently business is very good no threat of layoffs that I could see in the near future.
Minpunten
From my point of view management does not care about the employees anymore. Even when you're happy where you are there's no guarantee that you'll remain there. You can get yanked out and sent to another project that needs people or is somehow not living up to expectations.
