Very smart engineers. Very dedicated nice people. Very complex interesting work. Culture rewards hard work up to a mid level engineer.
Minpunten
Too much reliance on process to overcome the loss of senior contributors during last 5 years. Inability or unwillingness to see all engineers as different with unique skill sets and therefore ability to contribute. There are some very unique skills needed in the Defense industry. Those people should be able to be singled out for added bonus or salary. However the company HR seems to think one engineer with a degree is equal ability to another with same years experience.
