Pluspunten
One of my favorite things about working at Rulesware are the people I get to work with on a daily basis. I really enjoy collaborating and learning from the different people/teams we have in the US, Mexico and El Salvador. Everybody is extremely smart, friendly and supportive of one another. The CEO is also very hands-on and cares a lot about everyone in the organization. In the (almost) 2 years I have been with Rulesware, I have had the opportunity to completely pivot my career and am so thankful for having the chance to learn new skills and further develop my career. I am based in the United States and work from my home office, but I've had the opportunity to travel to El Salvador multiple times and it's always a really amazing and special experience getting to interact face-to-face with our employees in other countries. Overall, I really enjoy working at Rulesware and would recommend it to anyone that really wants to plant their roots and grow their career.
Minpunten
I thought about this one for a long time, but the only thing that comes to mind is that the recruiting process can be somewhat stringent at times for certain roles. While some of our Senior Consultant roles do require very specific experience (Pega-specific certifications, B2B Consulting, etc.) which is understandably important for what we do, but as we continue to grow, I think it would be great to see more training programs in place (specifically for new hires) to open the door for more candidates.
