The executive committee hires employees with no experience for management positions. The culture is exessively political, and there is no clear system on career progression. On client servicing, the CEO is forcing employees to do overtime (even on holidays and weekends) for very tight timelines the management committed to clients. There is also a facade of a fun environment being marketed by the hiring managers, but the internal culture of the company does not deliver on maintaining the well-being of its employees. Culture feels like a college organization, and does not feel like a culture of excellence and growth at all. Apart from this, salary is also very low vs industry standard.
