Pluspunten
Unlimited PTO. The HR here is the best department, they are so incredibly kind and sweet but that is about it.
Minpunten
I quit in under a month of working here because I could not take it. An extremely disorganized and manipulative work environment. They justify it by giving analogies for how they're in their toddlerhood of their company and still learning on getting to walk, etc. They're quickly expanding and finding professionals to fill roles that are needed - however the caveat is, before this there were people filling in on those roles (people that are not professionals in those fields). There is little no respect for the professionals that come in with their expertise to do what they are trained to do because the nonprofessionals filling those roles prior, are meticulous about how they did things (albeit incorrectly). I took a pay cut to accept this job because of the warm and family environment displayed by everyone in the interview process, my advice would be not to fall for that. Additionally, it took weeks and weeks for them to pay me my final two checks (one did not ever get processed and they had no idea it didn't, until I told them and the other, I kept getting random dates/promises on dates but it kept getting pushed). On a one month post hiring review, management explained how they expected me to hand in a deliverable even through it was on a day off - so expect that if you work here. Once I put in my two week notice, I was met with extreme disrespect and hostility from management and given an unrealistic to-do list of tasks and told her preference would be that I left right away. The environment was SO toxic that I broke a two week notice and handed in another notice that was effective immediately. If you choose to work here, stay on top of your paychecks. Overall, I felt pretty vindicated on my choice to leave RV Park Management so soon.
