Minpunten
I worked for Moravia at a client's facility in Culver City. Moravia is one of 3 vendors operating at the same client and by far the worse. The other 2 companies give from the start a better rate to most employees (depending on the language). Moravia pays a flat $25/hour, whereas you can get $27 from the other two, and maybe even more (you can bargain even if they initially say $25). After completing one year the vendors give the following; Company 1: Health insurance (after 3 months), paid holidays, paid vacation 10 days, 401k, compensation if dismissed. Company 2: $29/hour to everyone, 2 paid holidays. Moravia: NOTHING If you are approached by Moravia for a position in Culver City (client facility), your best bet is to contact the other two companies and ask if they also offer the same position. If you stay with Moravia, you will regret it bitterly, as you will feel like a fourth class employee (behind client's employees, and the other two vendors' employees, even though you will do the same job, or even more). There is considerable job insecurity.
