RXO Logistics is a good company to work for. I work for the Last Mile operations. It is not. It is very much a random day type of job. Most Last Mile is in-office work. There are barely any Remote positions for certain roles.

Moving up in the company is encouraged, possible, and better if you move to different locations. Since it is a growing company, you may have fewer options to be from different locations in your city or state.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
