Minpunten
Executive Leadership and Board do NOT care about the common worker. Every decision is made to increase shareholder ROI, they no longer care about doing anything meaningful holidays in office, they eliminated birthday lunches and have become cheap in every aspect. You're talked to like a 14 year old in Town Halls with lingo reserved for kids, to confuse you into thinking they are vigorously working on issues. Their technology development is subpar, most timelines for in-line software updates or just new weather/traffic managing platforms to be available have all either flopped or flat out been cancelled, wasting 6 figures or more. You are not trained directly on most of what you do, you're given a few process docs (that haven't been updated in with newer software) and have to learn via "trial by fire." Company has become cheap, hiring freeze only appealing to candidates who fall extremely short of requirements and end up having to be let go. Company also stopped (2024) giving annual raises and bonuses too.
