Additionally, despite this lack of work, employees are bound by a two-year bond policy, restricting their ability to seek opportunities elsewhere. This lack of flexibility is compounded by the company's ability to terminate employment at any time, creating an unstable work environment.

Working at this company has been a deeply disappointing experience. Management seems more focused on monitoring employees' LinkedIn activity rather than securing external projects. It's concerning that employees who mark themselves as "Open to Work" on LinkedIn are fired immediately, regardless of their performance or dedication. The lack of work is a significant issue. Employees are often left with nothing to do, and yet, they are criticized for not performing well. This situation is incredibly demoralizing. How can employees demonstrate their abilities when there are no projects or tasks to work on? In reality, the company itself is not performing well. The absence of external projects means there are no opportunities for employees to showcase their skills and contribute meaningfully. This mismanagement and misplaced priorities are not only unfair to the employees but also detrimental to the company's overall performance and reputation.
