      Pluspunten

      Radiant has been a good company to me overall and I feel the direction we are headed is a positive one. There is plenty of growth opportunity for the people willing to work for it, they are not one to hand over promotions without having the work put in to earn said position. Company focuses on having the right person in the right seat within the company structure and will help each individual find their place. Radiant also offers generous 401k match, work from home flexibility (for certain positions), fast paced environment that will work well for people who can adapt to their surroundings and situations.

      Minpunten

      With a growing company, there has been some growing pains we have experienced. Company is starting to put the right amount of people into the right places but some of these changes should've probably been made a few years ago and we would have grown quicker. Communication of changes isn't always the best.

      Thank you for taking the time to fill out a Glassdoor review. Radiant is definitely in growth mode, and with that comes opportunities for us to improve. The management team has worked very hard in the past two years to manage around our Core Values to further a positive workplace culture. When figuring out what works best in the field, we know there is some degree of trial and error; we work quickly to make modifications and improvements to make a positive impact for both our employees and our customers.

      I didn't have an extended say at radiant, but it is a great place to work. Managers and CEO are very nice and understanding, and it's a great culture for most people.

      No real cons, great job overall.

      Leadership doesnt practice what they preech with "core values". If you challenge leadership you will be ostracized by all leadership and never recover. Toxic worker/management relations across the board. stay away from this company. Greg Myers (CEO) is all about his money and could care less about the people that make him that money.
