Co-workers are generally professional and are willing to support one another. There's a lot of structure/SOP so it's easy for someone to join and learn the ropes quickly.

More time spent on risk management rather than innovation. It's operates more like an SME actually.

Colleagues are motivated and systems are already in place so there is much support to help you jump right into the teaching. Students really want to learn, and it's incredibly satisfying helping them along the way.

Minpunten

Management can be a little distant, and teachers are sometimes given many responsibilities to juggle on the side.
