The organization has Co-CEO’s and you have probably heard that “two is better then one” but that couldn’t be farther from the truth in this situation… These are two of the worst leaders in the history of business. They should be cited in business textbooks for the next 100 years on how NOT to run an organization. There is no plan. They have no experience being upper level leaders. They are lost in the ocean and not only do they not have a map but they also do not have a boat. Every single conversation you have with them just further informs you that they have no idea what they are doing and have no business running an agency. Sure - they are nice guys who mean well but those are not resume qualifications that enable you to run a successful business. The inexperience and the lack of support they provide their employees is maddening. Meetings consisted of calling out and gaslighting managers. Fingers consistently being pointed and blame being placed everywhere except in their own lap. I knew 5 days into joining that I had made a HUGE mistake trusting these 2 with the next step in my career. The lack of leadership expertise between the both of them makes it extremely dangerous that they still employee and organization with 30-50 employees. I really hope that someone steps in to save the careers of the others who still work there. Ragnarok is the textbook definition of a dumpster fire. Just an overall tragic employee experience that will forever be an example cited to future coworkers as a reminder that “things can always be worse”
