Pluspunten
The Group Fitness Director is wonderful. Since she is the primary person with whom fitness instructors work, day-to-day operations, support, scheduling, etc are great. She's compassionate, listens, and tries to give her staff as many opportunities to grow and make more money as possible.
Minpunten
The overall environment can feel toxic. There are other manager-level employees (NOT the group fitness manager. She is wonderful.) that are rude, speak behind their staffs' backs and berate their employees. Whether I would recommend to a friend depends on what position they're considering. If it is a group fitness, yoga, barre, personal training position, yes. The managers for those staff are great. If it was aquatics, front desk, or business office, no.
