For foreigner, you don't need to fit perfectly to Japanese culture. You may not feel like one of the pack but no one will aggressively force you to follow the culture there.

Minpunten

Japanese style , focus on ceremony / appearing of doing something rather tan what the actual outcome of it.

Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
