A pretty well-known company; you may get an interesting project to work on

Minpunten

HRs are slow; my referrer should've got a recommendation bonus, didn't get it in full with some strange excuses; salary is pretty average, didn't have any bonuses at all; YMMV. The office is split among many buildings and the navigation isn't any convenient. Remote work is frowned upon.

Since the company is very big, it can afford having small experimental projects which preserve the startup-like atmosphere. I was working in this type of project and was hired after internship

Lack of management. I didn't learn anything there since nobody helper me and i was only data scientist in the team
