Randa is committed to providing a workplace that is free from unlawful harassment and discrimination. To be absolutely clear, no one should ever be subjected to harassment or required to submit to sexual advances with regards to any aspect of their work at Randa.
The allegations in this post are extremely concerning, and Randa takes them very seriously. Accordingly, Randa is investigating this complaint, and has retained outside counsel to lead that investigation.
Randa values a workplace of diversity, respect and civility. We will not tolerate conduct that undermines those values.
June 2018 Update:
The external independent investigation of the allegations raised in this post has been completed. In the course of that two-month process, the investigators were given complete access to any information that they required, including the ability to speak to any Randa employees who the investigators felt might have pertinent information. They interviewed 51 past and current employees, visited multiple Randa offices, and reviewed a vast number of documents.
The investigators concluded that there was no evidence corroborating the claims made in this post. To the contrary, not one person interviewed reported witnessing or hearing anything that would substantiate these allegations.
