poor leadership at the executive level - poor planning and zero communication - it is as if every aspect of the corporation's direction is a secret. Continued growth is great but there seem to be no plans to sustain it and no management structure to support it - control of the company is very centralized and held by only a few top executives who seem to have no ability to delegate responsibility so that multiple strategies can be executed simultaneously
