Very hard, tiring, a lot of travel, not much sleep, long bus ride, push you to your max and sometimes you feel like quitting. There is a method to the madness though and it all works out just fine.

The curriculum is kept a secret and most clients pay thousands of dollars before knowing the details of sleeping arrangements or expectations of the courses. The insurance is covered around 20% for the employee. A family on the lowest tier plan will be paying around $1500/month for medical, dental, ad/d, life insurance. Pay for employees on average is 30% less than industry standard across the board.
