JMT Trucking is an unorganized fluster cluck. Drivers are not treated with respect. The company is not profit driven, it is greed driven. You won’t know your start time until 6:00pm the night before, and you never know your end time. Training is substandard. They talk safety but don’t walk the talk. If you get injured on the job, they will screw with your Workman’s Comp and then fire you. Holiday bonus for drivers is a couple hundred bucks while office workers get thousands of dollars. Starting pay is around $16 per hour when other companies start close to $22 per hour.
