They used to be a great company to work for, and have the potential to be again if they sort out the issues with management and culture

Minpunten

Anyone who sees the recent rush of positive reviews on here might be suspicious, and they should be. They've either been written by scared employees at management's insistence, or by that same management that perpetuates the toxic culture. There is a lot of discussion about innovation, failing fast and being courageous - but this is just talk from management that clearly show they have no trust in their teams, or in the data that points to the correct product to develop. Everything is micromanaged and original thought that comes from anywhere other than the top is aggressively dismissed as idiotic or a waste of time that could be spent churning out the latest ill-conceived idea from the execs.

Remote work, product that sells and works, amazing trainings, lots of knowledge of industry. My team was awesome and laidback. We all had a common goal, and try to accomplish it. Lots of data to make cold calls, weekly product updates. Great data that made process smoother to target an audience. Inbound leads. The brains in the operation to make product competitive were something else! The product features could really help Realtors who are using the program.

Minpunten

No support if the main call tool the dialer appeared as spam. Reduction of costs and personnel, lots of change. Competing against platform for people upgrading directly from website.
