      Pluspunten

      The work is steady. The pay can be good. The benefits are fair at best. There are some really great people on the shop floor.

      Minpunten

      The work is steady if raw material is ordered when needed. Otherwise machines are down during the week and people have to work weekends to make the orders on time. The pay is good unless management doesn't like you. If they don't like you, you may go for years with no pay increase. Upper management has no clue what the product should be or how to run a business like that one.

      All of the employees on second shift are helpful to new employees and are willing to answer any questions you might have.

      Minpunten

      I've only been there for 4 weeks and am working through a temporary agency, the only problem I have right now is not knowing if I'll get hired in anytime soon.

      Market leader in many sectors and very profitable. Great employees and leaders. The GM, HR & sales team are all great at what they do and share the same customer focused, success driven attitudes.

      Minpunten

      Owned by a parent company who manufactures a completely different product in different markets and their vision and goals don't always line up with the plants success.
