I dont even have time to begin but if you're in ny old position. Chic fil a is right down the road hiring for 18, and you dont have to deal with others problems, and poor work ethic. Hl

Great team, lots of company social events and action from leadership when there are suggestions for improvement. Good benefits and work life balance.

Minpunten

Similar to a start up culture, processes are still being developed and communication is sometimes lacking. I think of this as a pro in some regards, since you can leave your mark if you take initiative to make improvements.
