The team I work is supportive and cooperative, which help make the work environment more enjoyable. Their positive attitude and teamwork make it easier to navigate the challenges and they always bring a sense of fun to the workplace, making it a bit bearable despite the heavy workload.
Minpunten
I have found myself in a challenging position. Although I was hired as a fresh graduate, the expectations placed on me are significantly higher than what I anticipated. My compensation is considerably low, especially when compared to the amount of work and responsibility I am entrusted with. It feels as though my status as a fresh graduate is being used as a justification to offer lower pay, even though I am putting in a lot of effort and contributing to the company in a meaningful way. The imbalance between the workload and the pay is becoming increasingly difficult to manage, leaving me feeling undervalued.
