Attempts to bring in strategic thinking or user-centric approaches are met with reprimand and, ultimately, termination. The turnover rate among talented Product Managers speaks volumes about the toxic environment. This continues to repeat YoY. Product Managers beware. Culture of Fear and Sycophancy: The organizational culture is stifling, with employees feeling pressured to blindly fall in line with the CEO. Dissent or constructive criticism is swiftly punished, leading to a climate of fear and frustration.
