The company owners are people-oriented; they put value to the company's human resources. While this is a family corporation, they respect hierarchies and do not push their way around. They handle their dealings professionally and in accordance with sound corporate practices.

Minpunten

Like any organization, Rayomar has its share of internal politicizing, elbow jousting for proximity to the owners, favoritism is almost indiscernible but you know that it does exist.

Good base compensation, especially for those starting out. Culture is open and welcoming. Flexible time. Workload is manageable and appropriate to role.

Minpunten

No allowances in total compensation. Age range of colleagues is on the older side. Work setup is dependent on senior management. Not enough opportunity to upskill.
