Sometimes wanting to get things done pushes you to work longer and harder but when doing so in this type of environment you don't realize or mind how hard you're working.

There's always an abundance of snacks around. There are also health and dental benefits, as well as company outings with interesting activities. Job stability is good, you can work there forever if you do what you're told.

Minpunten

You will be used as a pawn and will never be promoted. I know this because to my knowledge no one ever has been. They don't invest in their employees,and lying is not at all a problem. If they want to get rid of you, the WILL find a replacement in secret weeks beforehand and then terminate you one day without warning, leaving you suddenly jobless.
