Great learning experience. Site Coordinators have a lot of responsibility and professional development is encouraged. Most importantly, the Reading Partners program really works, and being a site coordinator is incredibly rewarding.
Minpunten
The AmeriCorps stipend is low, it is hard to take time off during the school year. There is a lot of data entry and paperwork associated with the role.
