      -Lack of benefits. -Unfulfilled promises regarding raises and promotions. -The company claims to be a "big family" but frequently lays off employees, reallocating their work without additional compensation. -Several long-term employees were laid off just five days before their last paycheck, with no severance provided. -Despite promoting core values and company culture, the company adds extra work and schedules unnecessary Friday meetings. -An initiative for a female empowerment weekly meeting was disapproved by the male leadership. -The CEO is disconnected from interdepartmental functions.
